The HiCondo residential complex offers several facilities that contribute to comfortable and safe living. Residents can use the indoor bicycle parking with video surveillance, where bicycles can be stored securely.

There is also a laundry room that is accessible 24 hours a day. Residents can use the washing machines and dryers for a fee.

Caretaker support is available 24 hours a day. The building also has the HiCondo reception desk, where residents can go during office hours for questions or assistance. Outside office hours, the caretaker can be reached through an emergency phone line, including evenings and nights.

For additional security, the complex is equipped with video surveillance. An EHBO first aid kit is also available for emergencies.

Residents can also enjoy a shared garden. This outdoor space offers a pleasant place to relax, meet other residents or spend time outside.
